By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and any of our services, including but not limited to practice questions, study materials, courses, and other related products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” or “Terms”).
Pass The Bar Ontario is an independent provider of study and preparation materials. We are not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or sponsored by the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, or any other official regulatory or licensing body. The questions, materials, and resources provided are created and owned by us. They are intended solely as supplemental study aids. They are not official examination questions, nor do they guarantee successful performance on any actual bar examination, licensing examination, or assessment administered by the Law Society of Ontario or any other organization.
By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Services and agree to these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 4 - NO AFFILIATION WITH LICENSING BODIES
Pass The Bar Ontario is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, or any official licensing body. Our Services are independently created and are not official exam preparation materials. We make no representation that using our materials will ensure passing any bar exam or other assessment.
SECTION 5 - NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Our study materials, quizzes, and other resources are offered as supplemental aids for your bar exam preparation. They do not replace official preparation courses, official outlines, or other resources from the Law Society of Ontario or recognized institutions. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your results on the bar exam or any other examination.
SECTION 6 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices and availability of our products and Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services without notice at any time.
